4 Months = Shots,Eating baby food and Finding my toes

Can you believe my little boy is already 4 months old? Makes me a little sad. He's growing so fast and he's so healthy. The doctor said he is doing great and growing perfectly,should be sitting up soon and crawling soon.

The Dr. was asking me if Owen was rolling over,laughing,scooting across the floor,reaching for things, noticing when we leave the room? I kept saying "yes,yes and yes!" He is doing everything. His new little experience is playing with his feet and blowing bubbles. Owen is such a wiggle worm and is all over the place. We will definately have some sort of sports athlete in our family. And we tried his first baby food today...SWEET POTATOES. He did pretty good. Didn't make all the funny faces I thought he would,but more are still to come i'm sure.

Attempting Owen's 4 month pictures

Ok,so we attempted to take Owen's pictures out at my inlaws acreage! Well he was so happy before and once we got outside he was not a happy camper,when we went back in he was happy again. So it's not exactly what I wanted but here's a few that turned out! This is what happens when his mommy is a photographer he knows how to work it!

Oklahoma State Fair

We took Owie to his first state fair! We got 1 picture out of him,then he slept the rest of the time we were there.He did great for the 2 hours we were there.Of course mommy and daddy got corn dogs and a funnel cake.I'm sorry but you can't go to the fair without getting a funnel cake :) YUMMO!
Also my dad had put 5 of my photographs in the Amateur Photography Contest and 3 of them got ribbons! They are below,yes I took pictures of my pictures! The Truck got 9th place, the OU game got 6th place and the tulip picture got honorable mention.
there were 100's of photographs and so many different category's so I was very excited that I got 3 ribbons!

Weekend at Grammee's

Well Owen and I came to my mom's in Fayetteville on Thursday and it's been so nice to see my mom! And she definately has missed Owen. He has gotten spoiled by all the Grammee lovin and the fall clothes :) Here are a few pictures of our trip!
We are now just waiting on Ike to get here and get this storm stuff over with. Which i'm not to excited about,i'm a wimp when it comes to storms!

Sick Baby

This is what a sick baby looks like! STILL SO CUTE AND SO HAPPY! We took him into the Dr. today and he has an ear infection poor baby! But yet he still looks up at me and just smiles! If he wasn't stuffy or have a runny nose, you wouldn't know this kid was sick!

While Mommy's sick....

Well Blake got a virus this weekend and I started getting a sore throat, I was hoping I wouldn't get anything, well yesterday I started getting the sore throat,coughing,sneezing,runny nose, so I got what Blake had. I'm praying Owen doesn't get it. Thankfully Blake is feeling better and coming home to take care of Owie so mommy can sleep and rest.
But since I'm trying not to breath or really touch Owen if I don't have to,this is what he did to keep himself busy!
The first one is how he took his nap this afternoon! I wasn't gonna bother him.
The second one he was watching the screensaver on the computer :)
